The Ribble Valley Stars in Tourism Awards is a way of highlighting some great success stories and shine a light on some of the people who make Ribble Valley such a welcoming place to visit. The Tourism awards are a great opportunity to nominate an individual, group or business for their part in tourism. Unlike other awards, this year, instead of winners and losers, we have decided to just recognise and celebrate those who have contributed a lot of their time and effort to make the valley a better place for all. Nominations are open to all and an increasingly large number come from the general public which is a great sight to see! Whilst there were categories this year, any nomination that came through was worthy of celebration, we are fundamentally people focused and not business focused, hoping to include everyone involved. These awards simply highlight just some of the amazing stories we found in this amazing valley as we know there are plenty more out there!
